To Place an Order by Phone
•Make a written note of the item(s) you require.
•Call us on 01723 379222.
•Tell us your order. We will instantly inform you of what is in stock and available.
•After taking your order we will ask for your method of payment so please have this at hand. We will take your debit/credit card details, or alternatively you can send us an UK cheque/postal order for the required amount.

Things you'll need to supply:
1)Your Name and Delivery Address
2)The Product(s) Name and Quantity wanted
3)Your Payment Card Details:
*Card Number
*Expiry Date
*Issue Number (Switch & Solo Only)
*Valid from Date (Switch & Solo Only)
*Security Code (last three digits on signature strip)

Goods will be despatched after the clearing of payment

Order by mail	Goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared through our bank. Cheques can take a mininum of 5 Working Days to clear! So please be aware that your order may not reach you for 14-21 Working Days, after we have recieved your payment! For this reason, we recommend using the secure Online Ordering System

We dispatch our goods using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery Service.

Packages will only be left when a signature of receivership is obtained.
