Place a £1 coin and a 1p coin in the centre of your palm. Then slowly close your hand, enclosing the two coins. With your hand held well away from your body, and for best amazement, with sleeves rolled up, you slowly reopen your hand revealing to everyone's astonishment, one of the coins has VANISHED!

Your audience can then freely examine the remaining coin as they wish!

Hold an empty pint glass horizontally, you place a one penny coin and a one pound coin inside the open neck of the glass. Tipping the glass upright, both coins fall to the bottom of the glass, but the penny is seen to drop THROUGH the bottom of the pint glass onto the table beneath! Only one coin remains in the glass, and all can be freely examined !

Place the two coins on a table. Cover them with an empty cup. Give the cup a swirl, take the cup away, and one of the coins has VANISHED ! ........... Or, put them into a matchbox, shake the box so you can hear the two coins are still there, and again, inside the box, one of the coins has VANISHED !
