Chinese Sticks - £12.00  Skill Rating: Easy Many people in the magical arts consider learning to perform certain effects as a historical right of passage in the process of becoming a serious student of magic. The Chinese Sticks is one of these effects. Yet, it is easy to learn, simple to perform and a treat for the audience to watch.Two sticks looking like magic wands are both held in one hand and displayed to the audience. One stick has a long length of cord hanging from one end. The other stick has a very short length of cord hanging from it. When the short cord is pulled, it appears to stretch and becomes long. But at the same time, the long cord on the other stick becomes short. The audience believes the cords are connected through the back of the sticks. But the sticks are separated showing there is no connection. Now the audience is really puzzled. Again the short cord is pulled and becomes long, while the long cord becomes short. Eventually both cords become long. Then both cords become short. And finally one stick again has a long cord and the other stick has a short cord.The Chinese Sticks measure 9¼ inches long by ½ inch diameter. The bright golden coloured cords and tassels are held by red beads and contrast nicely against the black and white wand. You receive two Chinese Sticks and instructions. Then amazingly the match begins to float in thin air as the card is bent slightly. There is no force of cards. Yet despite a completely fair selection process, the magician never fails to determine which one of the cards the spectator has selected. With the wave of a hand the egg vanishes, the magician's hand is put into the bag to prove that the egg has disappeared, as the hand is visible through the mesh front. The egg can be reappeared and vanished at will. Vanishing Deck - £4.99  Skill Rating: Easy Asked to perform some magic, the magician takes out a box from his pocket, which houses a deck of cards. The box has a cut out window on top and an opening at one end. The card case is clearly visible through the window and opening of the box.He takes out the card case from the box and leaves the box on the table. He opens the case and removes a card, say the Nine of Diamonds. He declares that he will insert this card inside the card case over the rest of the cards. He states that he will replace the case inside the box, and cause the Nine of Diamonds to penetrate the whole deck, the case, and the box and drop out. His actions follow his words. But nothing seems to happen.Confused, he turns the box over and to everyone's surprise the entire deck of cards have disappeared, leaving the box completely empty!!!You can, instead of making the deck of cards disappear; change it into a matchbox, a silk or a miniature deck. This is very easy to do, and extremely baffling. Comes ready to work, with instructions. Vanishing Pen - £3.99  Skill Rating: Easy The magician displays a metal ballpoint pen and a metal tube. The pen is placed into the tube and the lid is put on. The tube is then given to the spectator to hold, when they open the tube, the pen has vanished.  Skill Rating: Easy A small clear treasure chest like box is shown. The box has a small slit in the lid like a moneybox, but has no apparent way of getting anything out. Any object can be given to the magician, even items that will not fit into the slit, and the magician can place them inside the box. Spectators can be challenged to open the box and retrieve their item in five minutes, however they find this impossible. To the frustration of the spectator, the magician effortlessly removes the item. I like this trick a lot, it has to
be one of my best 'sucker' tricks. Because even though the spectator
has seen how the box opens, they still can't get it open! The box
stands up to very close inspection. Zig

This is well made prop and operates very smoothly. Zig Zag Playing Card - £4.99  Skill Rating: Easy The Zig Zag Card has been described as visually stunning magic! And yet It’s so simple! A card is inserted into a plain frame. Then you, the magician, smoothly remove the centre of the card by magic! No scissors required!
