How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email.

2. How much notice do I need to
give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as
early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact
us on the day as we may have availability.
3. How much does it cost?
Please see the PRICES page for
all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business
or location.

Do I have to pay a deposit or a Reservation Fee?
No deposit is required.
5.
How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we also accept credit/debit
cards and cheques. Please note that cheque payments need to be received
in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery. (A charge may
be incurred for out of area deliveries, please contact us for delivery
rates).
You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and
safety crash mats.
The price also includes set-up, inflation, collection and Liability
insurance (upto £2million)

How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of
castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower
at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings,
slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where
the castle is to be sited. We do need access to an electric point within
25 metres as well.

What happens if I do not have an electric supply?
We are able to run the bouncy castle from a generator, there will be
an additional charge of £10.00 for this.
9.
When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank
Holidays. Where ever we are needed with a smile!

How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up
your castle between 9 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the
castle away after your party has finished usually from 6 pm onwards,
although pick up time can be arranged to suit. When
booking, we always try to be flexible concerning the delivery and collection.

When do you deliver the castles?
We deliver in accordance with the agreed times when you make your booking
with us and that could mean in the morning, afternoon or evening! When
it is an indoor venue we keep closely to the times what would suits
you.
12. Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us.
13. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice
as possible.There is no cancellation fee.
14. What if there is bad weather?
Most of our castles have shower covers or built-in roofs to protect
the children from the rain or even the sun. The bouncy castles cannot
be used in thunder storms or very high winds.
If the weather is bad on the day you can make the choice of delaying
the castle on the day or cancel the castle free of charge. You have
not paid a deposit, so it would not cost you a single penny!
15.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Usually we can set up on slight slopes, however we will need to assess
the site before any definite decisions are made.
16.
Can you set a bouncy castle up on concrete floors etc?
Although we prefer to inflate our bouncy castles on grass or indoors,
we will set up on concrete floors. Instead of using the anchor pegs
we will use sand bags to weight the castle down and use a groundsheet
underneath to protect the bouncy castle. Please inform us before hand.
17.
Can we use your castles indoors and outdoors?
Yes, but indoors you need to be sure about the height of the ceiling!
18. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack
up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to
pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending
on which castle you hire. It is all included in the price!
19. When I hire the castle is
there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need
to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to provide
2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part
of the hire agreement.
20. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire. We supply
with every castle with safety mats and safety instructions according
the guidelines issued by the HSE
21. Is
there an agelimit with the castle?
Yes. With every booking we will advise you about the most suitable castle
for the agegroup you want to book for. In general the children castles
go up to 14 years of age and the adult castle are suitable for both
agegroups.
22.
Can someone stay and supervise the party?
We can provide this service, for an additional cost of £10.00 per hour.
23.
How much does it cost to run the bouncy castle?
Depending on the time of running and the size of the blower up to 1
pound a day.
24. Can we hire castle for schools, fetes and events?
Yes. If you phone us ,we can then put a package deal together.
25. I am organising a charity event, what do we get
for hiring your castle?
We will donate 20% of our takings on the day to your special cause.
We will stay with the bouncy castle during this time unless you state
otherwise. There is no charge for us staying and supervising our castle.
26. Is
Magic Miles fully insured?
Yes. As a performing Magician, I have Public Liability Insurance covering
upto £5million
